Is there a setup fee?
Yes. Each plan includes a one-time setup fee that covers your initial build, onboarding, and launch. It is a flat fee based on the plan you choose and is billed with your first month. After that, you are on your regular monthly rate with no surprises.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The design, content, and domain are yours. We build it, host it, and manage it for you, but you are never locked out of your own property.
How fast can you launch?
Most sites go live within five to ten business days once we have your content and brand details. Larger custom builds may take a little longer.
What if I need changes after launch?
Just send us a request and we handle it for you. No technical skills needed. Every plan includes change and update requests, with faster turnaround as you move up the tiers.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time, up or down. Most clients start on a lower tier and move up as they grow. There is no penalty and no renegotiation.
What does annual billing save me?
Fifteen percent off your monthly rate when you pay for the year up front. Everything else about the plan stays exactly the same.
