Is the move really free?

Yes. Migration is free when you start any hosting or managed plan. There is no separate moving fee.

Will my site go down during the move?

We copy and test your site on our servers first, then switch it over, so visitors should not see a gap.

Do I keep my domain?

Yes. Your domain stays registered in your name. If you want us to manage it, we register it at cost with no markup and no lock-in.

Can you move a Wix or Squarespace site?

Not as it is. Those builders keep your site locked to their platform. We rebuild your content on a managed plan instead, so you end up with a site you actually own.

My site was hacked. Can you help?

Yes. Rapid Support and above include malware scans and removal, plus active security monitoring so it does not happen again.

Is there a long term contract?

No. Plans are month to month, or save 15% by paying for the year up front.
