SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES AND TERMS

Subscription Plans: Jet Black Design offers Website-as-a-Service (WaaS) and other subscription plans that give subscribers an ongoing website, hosting, and/or marketing service package tailored to their needs. The specific services included in each plan are outlined at sign-up or in the plan details/invoice.

Billing and Payment: Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as specified at purchase. The subscriber is responsible for providing accurate billing information and updating it promptly if it changes.

Changes to Subscription Plans: Subscribers may upgrade their plan at any time; changes take effect on the next billing cycle. Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current committed term (see Cancellation Policy).

Cancellation Policy: Clients may request cancellation at any time by contacting [email protected], but remain responsible for fulfilling their committed term. Access continues through the end of the committed term, after which it is terminated. No refunds are issued for cancellation made during a committed term. Terms in a specific invoice or signed agreement take precedence over this general page where they conflict.

Renewals: Unless canceled in writing before the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew for the same period at the then-current rate. Subscribers are notified in advance of upcoming renewals.

Additional Services: Services outside a subscriber’s plan may be requested and will incur additional charges, quoted at time of request.

Termination by Jet Black Design: We reserve the right to terminate a subscription for breach of these terms, non-payment, or other reasonable cause, with notice provided to the subscriber where practicable.

Liabilities and Warranties: Subscription Services are provided “as is.” See the general Terms of Service for our full liability and warranty terms.

Applicable Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
