What “built, managed, and always on” actually means

Most agencies hand you a website and walk away. Six months later a plugin update breaks the contact form, nobody notices, and you find out when a customer calls to ask why nothing happens when they hit send.

That is the problem we built the company around. Not designing sites, anyone can design a site. Keeping them working.

What the flat rate covers

One monthly price. Inside it: the design, the hosting, the SSL certificate, the security layer, the backups, the plugin and theme updates, the WordPress core updates, and a real person who answers when something breaks.

No line-item invoice when a page needs changing. No “that’s outside scope” for a broken form. No annual redesign fee because the site drifted out of date while nobody was minding it.

Why we price it that way

Because the alternative is worse for both of us.

Hourly billing means you hesitate before asking for something. That hesitation is how a site rots. A phone number goes stale, a service page describes work you stopped doing two years ago, a staff photo shows someone who left, and none of it gets fixed, because every fix costs money and none of them feel urgent on their own.

Flat rate removes the hesitation. You ask, we handle it, the invoice is the same.

The tiers, plainly

  • Platform Lite, $99/mo. Managed WordPress, hosting, SSL, security, daily backups, basic SEO, contact form. 48-hour response.
  • Platform Core, $199/mo. Everything in Lite, plus CRM, donations and events, newsletter, volunteer module, and two hours of edits a month. 24-hour response.
  • Platform Growth, $299/mo. Core plus advanced automation, donor analytics, multi-location support, five hours of edits a month. 12-hour response.
  • Platform Scale, $499+/mo. Larger organizations, dedicated hosting, custom modules. Quoted to the work.

Setup is $199 on Lite, $299 to $499 on Core and Growth. Pay annually and take 15% off. Migrating an existing site to us is free when you start a plan.

Who this is not for

If you have an in-house developer, you do not need us. If you enjoy managing your own updates and you actually do them, you do not need us either.

This is for the owner who has a business to run and a website that keeps interrupting it. The pastor, the contractor, the nonprofit director, the shop owner. People building something real who would rather not think about DNS.
